Payment Policy for Wedding Services:

•         Booking and Deposits:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the wedding date. This deposit confirms the reservation of your services for the specified date and time.

  • The deposit amount will be communicated to the client upon booking and must be paid within 7 days to confirm the reservation.

  • Until the deposit is received, the wedding date will remain open and may be booked by other clients.

•         Final Payment:

  • The remaining balance of the total service fee is due 7 days prior to the wedding date.

  • Failure to submit the final payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of services, and the deposit will be forfeited.

•         Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date are subject to full payment of the agreed-upon service fee.

  • Clients must notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or other options.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

•         Rescheduling:

  • Clients may request to reschedule the wedding date, subject to availability.

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made 30 days before the original wedding date.

  • Any rescheduled dates are subject to the availability of the makeup artist and must be mutually agreed upon.

•         Additional Fees:

  • Any additional services requested on the wedding day that were not included in the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

  • Additional fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the services are provided.

•         Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g., natural disasters, illness), both parties will work together to reschedule the services for a mutually agreeable date.

  • In such cases, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date, subject to availability.

Service Scope:

Wedding makeup package includes:

• Bridal makeup application tailored to your desired look, including traditional, natural, or glam.

• Makeup application for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other members of the bridal party.

• Touch-up services to ensure your makeup stays flawless throughout the event.

• Additional services such as false lash application or special effects makeup available upon request.

• Duration: Bridal makeup typically takes 45/60 minutes, with additional time allocated for bridesmaids and other members of the bridal party. Touch-up sessions are provided as needed throughout the event.

• Limitations: We strive to accommodate all requests; however, please note that makeup services are subject to availability and may be limited by time constraints or location.

Trial Sessions:

• Trial makeup sessions are available to ensure your satisfaction with the final wedding day look.

• Pricing: enquire about trial, pricing varies depending on location. Usually trials will be scheduled at a salon location in Liverpool, If bride requires the service to travel to their location then pricing will differ.

• Scheduling: Trial sessions should be scheduled 1-2 months before the wedding date to allow ample time for adjustments.

• Purpose: Trial sessions allow us to collaborate with you to create your desired bridal look and make any necessary adjustments before the big day.

Travel and Accommodation:

• Additional fees may apply for travel and accommodation, especially for weddings outside our usual service area.

• Mileage charges, parking fees, and overnight accommodation requirements will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

• To ensure the best results, we recommend arriving with clean, moisturised skin.

• Please refrain from using any skincare or beauty products that may interfere with the makeup application.

Timeliness:

• Punctuality is essential for a smooth and stress-free experience on the wedding day.

• We will provide a detailed timeline for makeup application and expect all parties involved to adhere to the schedule.

Communication:

• Preferred methods of communication include phone, email, text.

• We are available for consultations, enquiries, and follow-up communications leading up to the wedding date.

Product Usage and Allergies:

• We use high-quality makeup products from reputable brands, and all products are carefully selected to suit various skin types.

• Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities to specific makeup products or ingredients before the wedding day.

Photography and Social Media:

• We seek permission to take photographs of the makeup application for our portfolio and social media channels.

• Client preferences regarding the sharing of wedding day photos will be respected.
